Deadset useless. Ordered delivery, It came late and completely incorrect. I consequently attempted to contact them but they wouldn't answer the phone. I called dozens of times, without being picked up, so I was unable get a refund or return or even to just get it fixed. Next day, the phone was actually answered, but I had to speak to THREE different people before I found one who understood what I was saying. We’re talking comprehension here, not inexperience. I was utterly stunned. They never apologised, not even once. But, they did finally apply a credit to my account once I had travelled ALL the way down there to speak to someone in person as they had been unable to help me over the phone (In store, this AGAIN took an incredible amount of effort and being passed around just to find someone who understood what I was saying) This credit was so I could order for delivery again to the same value as the entire order from the night before, to make up for the error. When I ordered again, to use my credit, Later tonight, I began by having to spend almost 10 minutes of the next part of my life trying to explain to the person who answered the phone what type of pizzas I wanted (nothing difficult- just straight off the menu). I have never had so much trouble explaining something so simple to a person who wasn’t a vegetable in my entire life. It was excruciating. I seriously began to think that perhaps I was going to have a stroke. My ears had started ringing. Finally, after starting again several times he finally got there - then he told me the credit they applied to my account was for pick up only and refused to listen or change it. I ordered again any way and had to PAY. For an order I was really only ordering because they assured me it would covered by the credit. This took a further 7 minutes. Then he got the price wrong and tried to overcharge me $12. I gave up at that point and ordered via the app. That order came LATE and COLD, and was COMPLETELY WRONG AGAIN. ALL THREE PIZZAS. AGAIN!! This place needs to be closed down. This happens every week. The delivery guys and some of the staff are actually really nice. But most of them are in WAAAYYY over their heads, arrogant, rude and just completely lost - they have no idea what they are doing. NEVER, EVER, EVER...
Read moreI hate to do this as someone who works in customer service, but I am disappointed. We ordered through uber eats and spent over $50 around midnight. Delivery instructions were very specific, and about 30mins later, we hear noises and see a dominos delivery driver leaving from the wrong (opposite) side of the multiresidential apartment.
The uber eats app notified us that the order was completed, but we didn't have our food. So we called up, and after a few tries of being left on hold/no answer, I talked to a lady who gradually became passive aggressive. The conversation was long and went nowhere as she basically ended off with "well we followed delivery instructions so there's nothing we can do about it" (when clearly they were wrong as we didn't have our food) and then put me on hold to talk to the delivery driver. During this hold, I got my refund back from uber eats.
Next time the phone picked up, I talked to the actual delivery driver who was much nicer. He sent me the image of the food being dropped off, which was actually at the wrong door and I sent back a video showing the front patio of my apartment and the door number saying what I specified in the delivery instructions. The two details did not match, so clearly it was delivered to the wrong door.
He profusely apologized for his mistake, which was fine as I understood mistakes happen, and then went to talk to his manager. He came back, and then offered to help us get a refund, but I told him it's fine and I just wanted to eat. I was told that wasn't possible for some reason.
So, after waiting 30 minutes for food, and another 45 minutes dealing with staff who didn't believe me, when someone finally acknowledged a mistake happened, all I got was an "oops, sorry", and were left without our food at quarter past 1am
I absolutely despise being this type of customer, but having no remedy to our situation after going through all that...

You turn up 5 minutes early let them know your here to pickup order wait 5 minutes see your name disappear off the pickup monitor wait for order then ask were the order is and they say o it’s on the delivery bike he will be back in 10 minutes.my polite response is I would like you to remake fresh pizzas as by now it’s been over 20 minutes since came out of oven they agreed after he talk to someone of the back as am thinking I have just spend $66.00 on tea for my family and we are going cold.pizza.He came back and said the pizza will be ready in 15 minutes so patiently waited for hot pizzas.Delivery bike guy returned with our pizzas and placed in warmer pickup cabinet in plain view of waiting area 10 minutes later the person that handed the order and agreed to made new pizzas removed the pizzas and sides from cabinet and went to the back of the store 5 minutes later returned with do you believe it reheated pizzas and sides from but said it’s hot completely unacceptable dominos do you think we are all that dumb to watch you remove pizzas and reheat $66.90 worth of pizza and think you can palm it off what a joke do not order pizza from this store if only I read the reviews but unfortunately I paid for domino’s pizza there must be good will in that but no and domino’s surfers I have done feed back on line 2 weeks ago guess what haven’t hear a thing so all the reviews they ask you to go to there feedback but don’t respond anyway one way to brush you of that’s very bad...
