This review is just a simplified honest and satisfaction from a happy customer
Working in a office building in Broadbeach can be hard for a worker to get decent food for my hour break, being a wealthy individual just wanted something new and fresh
After spontaneously welcoming myself to the ever loving famous Pacific Fair shopping Centre I couldn't help but finding myself at the "Roll'D" loving the name and couldn't hear but postive feedback from people I had to try it and it for sure certainly delivered the 5 stars I have given the gorgeously designed restaurant!
The food (being my spice beef noodle) was absolutely delicious with flavour and spice to my love for hot noodles with the Menus easy to read, fantastic food variety and the cost of the food was very reasonable! But the food was on par with the most important factor for any restaurant , the customer service
10/10 amazing service not only from the staff members but also the manager there! (A lovely young lady named Brenna ! )
But Also the chefs are also absolutely delightful ! I unfortunately couldn't get his name but he had such an interesting set of hair being all curled up like a dreadlock soft serve ice cream ! He was so friendly for his service as a chef (caught me by surprise) and I really do hope I got his noodles dish he made because it was absolutely amazing !
Completely happy and satisfied customer !
I couldn't recommend it enough but just go there...
Read moreDecided to have lunch here today, I wish we had of gone with our first choice and eaten elsewhere. Sadly, not a nice experience at all. My son ordered the vegan lemongrass chicken salad bowl, for $13.50 he said it was very average. My husband ordered a tofu bah mi $9.50 and I ordered the $5 add on, sweet potato fries and a drink. We sat down and a few minutes later a lady came out to say they had run out of the fries. I changed my order from the fries and drink to a tofu bah mi, paying an extra $4.50. We asked for no mayo on the bah mi's as we are vegan. We were waiting a long time for our food, it wasn't that busy and when we finally received our food and opened our bah mi it was very disappointing. No alternate to the mayo was offered, the bah mi had 6 pieces of very dry tofu and a couple of sad looking pieces of cucumber with a bit of grated carrot. We had to use some of the dressing from our sons salad to add some flavour and moisture. $32.50, what a waste of money. Your prices are rude for the poor quality of food offered....
Read moreHonestly, I don't know how you haven't been investigated by now. My husband & I & our 3 children came for lunch last weekend. We ordered 2 rice paper rolls EACH (10 in total). At $4.70 EACH, we were absolutely disgusted with what we received. The entire roll was 99% noodles, with one little tiny bit of chicken & a minuscule of avocado. This ridiculously small amount of chicken & avocado is merely to display & show on top for people to select through the cabinet. You are ripping honest working customers off blind & I honestly don't know how you have not been investigated or reported for this. If you are going to charge $4.70 per roll, then do the right thing & give customers what they are paying for!!! We basically paid you $47 for .20 cents worth of noodles, not much else. Either give value for money, OR drastically reduce your pricing - one or the other. So terrible that you can do...
