Worst customer service you can get in Australia. The chef and the waitress loved arguing with customers. Food is okay but fried chicken is way too bland. (3 stars for food) Full story as below: It was 37 degrees outside when we arrived at the restaurant. We asked if we could sit inside while we were waiting (there was a big table with no one there and no reservation stand on it). The waitress said no first, then agreed later after we had a talk. We agreed on that she would move us to another table once it became available as we understood that the big table could be used for bigger group. As I saw people finished dinner and started leaving their tables, of course I would check if it was okay for me to move to the table closer to the air-conditioning.( only one air-conditioning for the restaurant and it didn’t feel cool at all at the corner) All of a sudden, the chef or the owner started accusing me of keeping changing tables out of nowhere and said everyone needed to wait outside of the restaurant despite it was so hot and humid outside. You have a big table indoor that no one was using or booked at the time. Instead of showing understanding and doing me the favour, he just kept arguing with me over this. It is just a joke for running hospitality like this no matter this is because of your poor internal communication or just poor customer service during busy time. With regards to moving the fan, what do you mean by personal use? It was set up there for this big table and the other table. I moved the direction of the fan towards after the people of that table left. What is wrong with it? You should reflect on yourself why you couldn’t have another air-conditioning in the restaurant. God. Just admit that you had poor customer service that day and stop arguing with...

I used to love this place, but no longer. The food is still okay, but the customer service is horrible. A few years ago Sool Sool had wonderful and kind employees. The employees that served us were consistently lovely. Now, their employees are rude and unaccommodating. I've worked at a restaurant before, but never did I treat customers like this. Once an employee walked away from me while I was still speaking to her. This same employee chased me and my sister out of the restaurant when I went inside just to ask her a question. She chased us out before we could even speak. Despite long lines outside the employees take forever to clean up empty tables, but won't let you come inside to ask them how long it will be. I would give one star if it weren't for the fact that the food is still adequate--if you love Korean food, do yourself a favour and just get takeaway. Or better yet, go to Cook N Beer or Anyeong instead, where the employees are lovely and don't act like they hate their customers...

This place will make you fat if you stay long enough ahahhaah🤭🤣🥰😍😍🐷🐷. Such a hidden gem smelt the food as we walked past the other night. Found this place by accident love the egg fried rice and egg fried rice and soy fried chicken yum 😋 🤤. First time I tried it burnt my tongue went here with my husband was so worth it lols been here a few times staff are very friendly and give excellent service portion sizes are generous and prices are reasonable. Sadly tomorrow is our last day there because we have to go back to a perth 😢. Definitely recommend this...
