i wouldn’t recommend bedroom to anyone i was friends with. this place is terrible. they had a competition where you won a birthday party hosted by them and i was unlucky enough to win and they ruined my birthday. the promised substantial canopy’s for me and my guests. there was none. they offered bottomless drinks to myself because it was my birthday which was very generous, except they had 2 bar staff working and it took me 15 minutes to even get my first drink. clever that they prioritise people paying over the supposed “guest of honour” that they said i was. the dj was just genuinely horrible, he was mixing songs that didn’t mix and going from upbeat to real slow with next to no transitions. the front counter girl, i didn’t catch her name unfortunately, was so incredibly rude to me when i was trying to understand where we were even meant to go and where they were going to put the supposed food they said they would cater and she even rolled her eyes at me and told me to just wait. i genuinely wasn’t being pushy or rude to her i was literally asking the 2 questions. absolutely appalling. thankfully there was a blonde lady who stepped in and explained it all and said we could sit in the booth, but only untill 9pm when they open to the public. which gave us like 30 minutes. they ruined my birthday and wasted my time.

i know this might seem ungrateful to some people but i could’ve hosted a birthday party at my own home with my friends and actually pulled through on food and drinks and good music but instead i wasted my time, money and energy going to a party that was promised but never pulled through on. i felt embarrassed to waste my friends time to come to a party which was actually just a ploy to get people to come to bedroom because there club is dying. and honestly for good reason. there are so many more clubs in surfers that deserve so much more attention than bedroom will should ever get and i would recommend going to literally any other venue except bedroom. 0/10. will...

SO TRAGIC!! DON’T BOTHER! Very mismanaged venue especially for their “winning birthday competition” promise. A clear marketing ploy to get young girls there with numbers through the door. However even the 19 year olds think this place is tragic, and after an hour, they soon move onto better clubs. Tiny, small, and too many numbers for the capacity of the club. It’s clear that the actual good seating and booths available are not booked from public bookings but more so by their “regular” weekly guests doing their business dealings if you get my gist. If you’re prepared for a 30-40min line up at the bar to get a drink plus no seating or even standing without touching shoulders, and plenty of face to face contact with the person next to you, then this might be the place for you! Oh and you must like ABBA along with 70’s one hit wonders. In fact the only place you can get some decent space is the ladies toilet, plenty of seating in there. Too bad that area can’t be booked as it’s the best seating in the place. Don’t waste your money or your time thinking you’ll get a birthday experience, or any experience for that matter, other than maybe catching something dodgy from the terrible ball pit. In fact it probably won’t be from the actual ball pit itself (although I’m sure there’s been many a spew in there), but from trying to get to it through the overcrowded dance floor, which is the only thorough fair! Amazing experience!

Last night, I attended a Brazilian party at this venue, and I was absolutely impressed! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the care and attention from the staff, which made all the difference in my experience.

The highlight of the night was definitely the outstanding service at the bar near the dance floor. The three bartenders/waiters working there were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. Always with a smile on their faces, quick and ready to provide exceptional service, they turned every order into a pleasant moment. As a tourist and international student, I know how hard it is to find such warm and efficient service, especially in nightclubs, where staff are often rushed and indifferent. But here, it was the complete opposite – top-tier service that truly impressed me!

Another detail that made all the difference was the beer – always perfectly cold every single time I ordered. As a Brazilian who loves an ice-cold beer, this was simply perfect! On top of that, the security staff at the entrance were extremely polite and respectful, creating a welcoming and safe atmosphere that elevated the entire experience.
