Fat Boyz Pizza — Local services in Gold Coast City

Have ordered many times before and tonight's order was disgusting. Completely soggy, no extras added that were paid for. Even rang the store for sauce change from BBQ to pizza and apparently that gets you no sauce!!! No resolution when I contacted store and lady I spoke to even said she just made the pizza herself with pizza sauce. Photo clearly shows this is not the case. Will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know. Not ok and on a very rare treat night for family. A massive disappointment!

UPDATE TO OWNER'S REPLY - Incorrect, I did not get angry. Yes I was frustrated, because I was lied to and no accountability was taken. I did not yell at her or abuse her, even when I was talked over repeatedly and treated poorly myself. When offered the pizza's to pick up I simply explained that I wouldn't be using a delivery service if I was able to collect. Uber do not make the pizza's, and there were many other options that could have been offered as an apology to show goodwill for an substandard product. I had phoned the store after ordering with regards to the sauce change so they clearly had the extras and changes on hand. Blame seems to be fully laid on the delivery service...

Fatboyz Pizza in Surfers Paradise is hands down one of the best pizza spots I’ve ever been to! The crust is perfectly crispy, the toppings are fresh, and the portion sizes are generous.
