Verdict Expresso — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

This place has great food, team and atmosphere. Since I found it (2015 I think), went to eat as often as I could. By the end of 2019 I left Southport, and Australia. Just in February this year (2024), I could visit again the Gold Coast, and one of the first thing to do was to go have breakfast with my family there. I have to say it felt like visiting family and friends, like coming back home. The services at his best, food delicious, on the photo you can see the eggs benedict with smoke salmon, and a blueberry late with one shot of coffee. I had ordered a takeaway dbl cap 2sugars. I had been waiting a lil while only about 10mins (about 8 coffees in front of me). The man could tell I needed to go but I didnt want to be rude and ask how far. I appreciated that he made my coffee before the other guy. The vibe and ambiance was welcoming and relaxing. Directly across the street from the Police Station this could be the safest place to eat in Queensland. This is a tiny but very clean restaurant with indoor+outdoor seating. We had lunch here and enjoyed a quiche and salad, and a BLT sandwich with cappuccinos. We found the staff super friendly and helpful (lots of police present too).
