Zambrero Hobart — Restaurant in Hobart

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

If i could put 0 on the rating, i would do that. Sorry for my temper but i am fed up with the worse and worse food services and experience here in Hobart.

We ordered two power bowls. One with extra chiken and due to this they just simply left out the salad of the box. I even asked for beans and there were (not lie) 3pieces of beans in the box. I ordered with blacce. The amount of the rice didn’t even reach a size of a tablespoon. The meat… the meat was a disaster. It wasn’t grinded, but mashed… i wasn’t able to recognize what kind of meat was that. It could have been anything. Really. It was a complete mash. Like a mashed potato. If i order extra extra meat it doesn’t mean you have to left put the salad and the rest… even because the was much more room in the box.. you should put the extra meat (mash lol) additionally to the packed box. Which should contain all of the ingredients you offering on your website!!! This isn’t food service. This is really low quality and quantity. Really. I would consider myself quite an avid Zambrero enjoyer, however my experience today was quite disheartening. Some of these new trainees have no idea about customer service. They don’t know how to treat customers in a quick and efficient way. I walk into the store, almost empty, and the girl working is doing something which is fine, luckily I had some time to wait. She stops what she’s doing and seems like she’s about to serve me, and then goes back to whatever she was doing?!! Hello. I’m standing right here. I get what it’s like to work in a busy environment with endless jobs, but seriously, you have to serve people as soon as they come in, don’t leave them waiting. I recently visited Zambreo's and had the pleasure of being served by Edie, and I must say, she made my experience exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Edie greeted me with a warm smile and a level of enthusiasm that instantly made me feel welcome.
