I think you need to employ some people who actually care about good hygeine. Young staff are constantly wiping their nose and face with their gloves then touch the food. No hair nets are worn and have had a black hair in with my food. Everytime our family go in the young people have always forgotten something in our order. The staff eating chips out of people's boxes, and the chubbier younger Asian is the rudest person I have ever experienced in customer service. She looks so miserable all the time and is constantly rude, never greets any customers when working till. What happened?! Chicken treat has gone way down hill. Went to this chicken treat today with my partner and we both got burgers. I asked without BBQ sauce because I’m allergic. When we got our order I was so excited because it smelt so good and my partner was hyping up chicken treat all day so I was definitely hungry and looking forward to it. When we got home though I went to unwrap my burger and there was so much BBQ sauce the burger was basically drenched in it. I was so disappointed as I could not eat this burger at all or I would literally die. Just wanted to stick up for the poor young girl working at margs chicken treat today, being treated so terrible by another staff member she is an older lady with glasses, and was just plane nasty and certainly has no customer service skills! She was yelling out demands in a very unpleasant manner, everyone could hear her. The young girl made a simple mistake and the older lady screamed at her! No one should have to put up with that sort of verbal abuse especially while at work.
