Taste of Paradise Pizza Halal Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

Absolutely disappointed with my order today. My face this evening — :(

I was so excited for a pizza night on a Thursday, especially since I've had decent experiences with this place in the past. But tonight was a complete disaster. I ordered a half-half pizza—half chicken, half shrimp—and couldn’t believe what I found when I opened the box at home. The shrimp side was covered in extra seafood like mussels and something else I couldn't even identify.

The smell was atrocious. I have no idea why you’re offering seafood pizzas if you can’t handle it nicely. The entire pizza reeked of seafood that smelled off, and the shrimp that I was looking forward to were inedible. I tried to take a bite, but I was gagging. gagging, gagging Yes it was that bad. And after all that, the pizza went straight into the bin. Face — :((

To top it off, I paid $26 for this disappointment — completely dry, unpleasant, and full of mysterious seafood that wasn't even listed on the menu. Shock face — :O The menu only mentioned shrimp, yet I got a foul-smelling seafood mix that ruined the entire pizza. slightly teary Honestly, I feel ripped off and let down. uff I’ve had much better shrimp pizzas elsewhere, and I can confidently say this was by far the most unpleasant.

Service is good and atmosphere is alright but the food - opposite. eye roll

I’m genuinely disappointed, especially because your pizzas used to be pretty good. Whatever happened this time, you need to fix it. Just take this off your menu—it’s not worth the disappointment for future customers. I’ve attached a photo so others can see for themselves.

I have never had a worse experience trying to get a meal before in my life, the staff where condescending an out right rude when I tried to place my order. The shop was empty when I walked in and it still took 13 minutes for a staff member to serve me keep in mind they all saw me walk in and continued to just talk amongst themself while I waited at the counter. I watched as one of them walk out off the bathroom straight passed the sink without washing there hands and then start making pizzas without gloves. Honestly I am disgusted and ashamed the this establishment is still running. After I got my food I felt to sick to eat it after witnessing the general hygiene of the place, but before I threw it in the bin I did open the box and saw that a whole section was missing as of someone had just taken a slice for themself. This is DISGUSTING and I hope if anyone sees my review they will save themself the time,money and horrific experience and go...

I’ve been getting pizzas from this place for over 14 years, and they have never disappointed! The pizza is always absolutely delicious — the crust is just the right mix of crisp and soft, and the toppings are fresh and full of flavor.

I’ve seen some negative comments recently, but honestly, I completely disagree. After so many years, I can confidently say the quality and taste have stayed top-notch. The service is friendly, the food is always hot and fresh, and the atmosphere is just right.

Sometimes people expect perfection every single time — but in my experience, this place consistently delivers amazing pizza. If you’re a true pizza lover, you’ll appreciate it just like I have for more than a decade....
