A lovely Indian grocery store adjacent to the Queen Victoria Market having a good variety of items to bring the flavours of India in Melbourne.

Ranging from spices from popular brands to ready-made food from MTR, Haldirams, etc., a great range of pickles, frozen vegetables, parathas, rice, and what not! There's something to fulfil your culinary needs, be it from the southern state, western, eastern or the northern states.

They also sell vegetarian and non-vegetarian food for takeaway. Do try their samosas, the lamb samosas ($3.5 ea) were fantastic! The vegetable samosa was good, which my friend had. I also ordered a large serving of lamb with rice ($12.5), and it was so good! I wasn't expecting it to be so flavourful but the quantity was a bit on the lower end. Good for a quick bite though.

I deliver dry products to this store once a week or so and the people there are extremely nice! She always offers me samosas once my delivery is done and her homemade samosas are to die for! Today she gave me chicken samosas and lamb samosas. They were perfect! Just the right amount of spicy. And delicious! I came back 10minutes later to buy some more! If you’re someone who likes really spicy samosas then go for the vegetarians samosas. 10 out of 10 from food quality to service....

This is one of my favourite Melbourne shops. I have been a customer for years and have always loved it.
