My partner and I have had the pleasure of staying here multiple times, and each visit has been nothing short of amazing. From the warm atmosphere to the friendly faces, everything about this place feels like home.

The staff here always go above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Their dedication and commitment to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction is truly remarkable. "Amazing" doesn't even begin to describe them! We always look forward to seeing their familiar faces and engaging in delightful conversations. Having stayed at numerous hotels in the past, I can confidently say that this one takes the cake. The overall atmosphere is simply phenomenal. And let's not forget about the food! An absolute gem in Melbourne! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I started with a cup of coffee that was hands down one of the smoothest I've ever tasted—perfectly warm, with a silky finish that made it an instant favorite. The food was just as impressive. I ordered the chicken parma, which was cooked to perfection with a crispy golden crust, topped with just the right amount of cheese and sauce. It came with a side of fresh, crisp salad, perfectly seasoned chips, and a rich, flavorful aioli that tied everything together.

I also tried the calamari, which was tender and full of flavor. The rocket and chorizo salad it came with was a delightful surprise—light, zesty, and full of vibrant flavors that complemented the dish perfectly. The presentation was impeccable, with everything beautifully arranged and served in generous portions.

Went to Dandelion on a Friday night for the launch of their new menu and was seriously impressed. The interior has had a recent revamp—modern, spacious, and nicely lit without being over the top. We were warmly welcomed by the team and given our pick of seating, which set a great tone for the evening.

We ordered from the new sharing menu and loved every dish. The pork belly bites were excellent, the lamb kebabs full of flavour, and the flatbread with the smokey hummus? Hands down the best hummus I’ve had in ages. The drinks menu is also spot on—there’s a dedicated spritz list which is a great touch. Try the Pampelle Spritz or the rosé version—both are fantastic.

Food came out quickly, the vibe was relaxed, and for a restaurant inside a hotel (Holiday Inn), this is easily one of the best I’ve been to at this price point. Big credit to the team—excellent experience all round....
