I just want to take a moment to commend the incredible team at Daniels Donuts Southern Cross, located next to the lolly station. During my visit today, I witnessed them handle peak time chaos with absolute professionalism and grace, even in the face of some truly appalling customer behavior.

Despite it being the Christmas period, with the cricket adding to the crowd, the wait time for coffee was only 5-7 minutes. Much quicker than fast food chains. Yet, some customers chose to lose their patience, abusing staff and walking off before their coffee,—which arrived literally two minutes later. Some customers were even trying to take others coffees. Yet within the storm the team remained calm, courteous, and continued delivering top-notch service without missing a beat.

To the management: you’ve got a group of absolute soldiers here. They deserve all the recognition and support for holding it together under such intense pressure. Many others would have cracked, but this team kept their cool and stayed professional. Seriously, do whatever you can to hold onto this dream team you have!

Oh, and as always, the coffee was fantastic! The wrong size was made and she offered to make it again but I was happy to just take it! You guys didn't need anymore pressure. Thanks for the great service, and great coffee—your hard work doesn’t...
