Why can't you design a proper box for take away donuts? You hand out square boxes for the 4-pack sample box which must be carried flat but it has a huge footprint so must be carried on its side and all the donuts slide around and get ruined. You need to design something that stacks the donuts vertically in compartments so they can be carried in a backpack without getting crushed. If you want to keep the existing boxes you need to supply thin pieces of cardboard to separate the donuts and keep them tight so they can't slide around. Or make the box slightly smaller so they can't slide around. Maybe you can have a competition to design a better box, I'm sure it's possible with the technology we have today. We ordered a dozen of Favorite Assorted Dozen yesterday, and they sent us a Pokémon Dozen. It was quite upsetting mainly because: When we called back, they tried to fix it by asking us to place another order with the cheapest product to send us another dozen, BUT they told us that Pokémon usually just mix with Favorite Assorted Dozen, unless you left the comments when you are ordering (which I think this is quite new to me, why do I have to emphasize to avoid something that I don’t even order) The Doughnuts were not fresh at all, they tasted like had been there for a couple of days.

People usually say it won’t go wrong with Kispycream, but not with Swanston st one. :(

Today I went to buy a donut for the first time, the names of the products are long and when I was reading the name of the product the seller did not allow me to finish and told me "Nutella", I affirmed and pronounced the long name of the product again and neither he did not let myself finish, there was also a lady waiting for a coffee and together they started laughing of me.
