Pizza Stop — Restaurant in Melbourne

I love this spot. Its unassuming by the outside standards, and the area isn’t the best, but that has nothing to do with the customer service and food that is genuinely served with love here. I unfortunately moved away from the area, so I haven’t stopped by in a while, but this place has always been the bomb go-to. Their servings and pricing is generous, quality and actually good. You can stop by multiple other kebab and middle eastern vendors/stores just a street away and pay double for half the size and your chips and meat will be dry and disappointing. The chips are always fresh, seasoned well and the meat is delicious (according to my partner! I don’t eat meat.) You can always expect someone to greet you right away, and make sure you’re taken care of, without feeling like you’re being hovered over or upsold on add-ons or things you didn’t want. You don’t feel rushed or uncomfortable, but it’s not a lazy or lacking place. If something has ever been wrong or off in anyway, the owner has always attended us immediately. He put more sauce on our HSP when my partner requested. He remade a HSP when a new employee made it and it wasn’t to usual standards. I know folks may turn up their nose because of the area and the younger people who like to hang around nearby, but that doesn’t reflect the business’ amazing service in anyway. No other place I’ve ever been to is the same as Zilla Kebab. No where else provides the same quality and delicious food at the same price. I can’t wait to come back...

This “restaurant” decided to give me a 2 bad kebabs, the first I called and they replaced which is great, I got home and they second kebab was also bad. I sent them photos of the food to which they said come and get a refund. My partner put down an honest review before I went in saying he wouldn’t recommend this place. The boss of the restaurant told me when I walked in to receive my refund I must make my partner delete his review. I stood there and explained that a review is a review and I don’t have to delete anything to receive a refund for there mistake.

It took about 5 minutes of arguing, my partner deleting his review to get my $10 REFUND, not even a big amount!

Also you will probably read the owners comment on this, saying my kebabs were replaced. He is right! They were! My first was replaced because I asked for mixed, no onion, I received lamb with extra onion. I then called, they were nice enough to give me a new one. I picked it up, it was chicken and extra onion. I called again they offered me a refund which is where the start of this whole...

After sampling and eating many h.s.p around Melbourne and South East this establishment makes a wonderful meal. We ordered a mega villa and that's exactly what it was. GODZILLA HIMSELF WOULD STRUGGLE devouring this epic meal. Tasty delicious and moist chicken and lamb piled on top of golden crispy chips surrounded with cheese and those wonderful combinations of sauces . Absolutely sastifying and moorish .The owner and staff hospitable and great customer service . The meal itself could have easily feed 10 people we had a table of 6 adults and 2 kids and was full to the brim with leftovers for the morning. I am a fan and you know have a new customer with many recomendatiions. Scrumptious and delicious.. well done and kudous...
