Zouki On The Park — Restaurant in Melbourne

The food itself is fine and there are a variety of options available. However the staff will sometimes totally ignore you for minutes at a time while you’re waiting to be served and will even sometimes serve other people that come in after you. The tables are also often not clean and service is very slow. I think if you’re in a hurry to grab some food it’s a fine option but if you’re looking for a nice place to dine in the city area, there are plenty of better options. However, I do not understand why this place has 3 star plus….

I’m not expected super customer service, just treat as human even no simile is ok for me.
