What a great place to come for a dinner, we enjoyed a birthday family dinner here in Feb 2023. We had 11 of us, and we were welcomed with warm smiles and great antics from the waitresses.

We would recommend this restaurant it is very family friendly and welcoming. There is even a small bar with couches to enjoy a different experience or have drink while waiting for rest of your party. There was a great little dedicated area for kids to play with books and toys etc. Which I was told converts into a great dance floor for an event.

We did the $32 banquet or banquet B and it was so much food for us all. We enjoyed each meal and had no complaints on the main. Most of us had the fried icecream but was not the best version I've had, but was not too bad, seemed to have a coconut outing rather than other versions of a batter and actually deep-fried and served hot but frozen in the middle (yes its a thing). The staff were great, they took the jokes and happily enjoyed with good funny humour, which for us made us feel welcomed and comfortable for our experience.

Facilities were clean and well serviced, the bar was well stocked with enough choice to please. Jugs of soft drink and water are available and work great for the big groups.

We sat 11 to a table comfortably and had a great time, no pressure from the staff that night and there were a few groups in to eat for a Saturday night. So to us it seemed a popular place to go for a great meal.

So we say enjoy, and hope you enjoyed your eating experience here as much...

Attended this venue for Father's Day dinner only to wait well over an hour for our mains at which point we pointed out to our lovely waitress that a table next to us who ordered alot later than us had gotten their meals and had finished eating. We were told that our ticket had gotten lost and the waitress was telling the cooks this needed to be sorted out asap but they would not listen. Which resulted in another waitress going to them and yelling at them to get it done.

My partners honey chicken was forgotten after our food finally came out almost 1.5 hours after ordering. The waitress told the cook (tall large caucasian male) he had forgotten our meal which resulted in him glaring at us from a distance for a good 20 seconds which is really unprofessional and uncomfortable for our whole table to see.

The owner came over and told us that everything was a mess in the kitchen and quite a few orders went missing. This is not professional either, next time look after your customers, offer them a free round of drinks or atleast a discount on everyone's meals at that table. We paid full price for everything minus the honey chicken that was missing, no offers to make us want to come back again.

We left very disappointed and will never eat there again. The waitress were all friendly and amazing and deserve to be treated better...

Our experience was absolutely disgusting. Although the honey chicken wasn't bad, that's the only nice thing i can say. The seafood basket was half raw, soaked in oil and inedible. The rice was burnt after it came out a second time, the first it was left on the table eith no other food to go cold then they took it away to reheat it. And the most attrocious thing to top it off was how their staff behaved. After being served the wrong food and having someone use their fingers to look through it they then took the plate and gave it to another table to eat and lied to them saying that it wasnt true. Monique the server decided that asking us not to talk too loud about it, was more important than telling a poor family they ate food that someone else had played with. Even when we tried to notify the family they rushed over trying to tell them otherwise. We tried to notify the server again, she tried saying she thought it was a different dish, amd that it was fine, so i told a cook in the kitchen and it fell on deaf ears while they tried to justify what they done. That is a horrible way to treat customers. They ruined the...

Had a large group dinner here for a joint birthday bash, first impressions were good, though still having a covid cleaning station at the front of the restaurant felt a little over the top. Service was a little sporadic, good at times but then lousey at others, 15 minute wait at the bar for drinks was a bit annoying too, only one bar worker with a full restaurant. Food was OK, but nothing super amazing about it, the fried rice had a burnt smell to it though it still tasted ok fortunately, the combination chowmein was not very nice at all sadly😟. Another criticism would be no Chop sticks on the table, western cutlery was provided instead, you had to ask for chop sticks from the waiter. In a Chinese restaurant it should be the other way around. Sadly not a very authentic experience at all, the Chefs were all Australian. Chinese food cooked by a bunch of Australians is not my idea of Authentic. Price was OK fortunately, not as expensive as other places in town and yes they do split the bill, which is a positive, and they still accept cash which is another positive. 2 stars out of 5 I think.
