This was the second time I have eaten breakfast here. The first time was absolutely beautiful but I cannot say that for the second time. We were treated with a rude waitress who didnāt seem to care for us. We asked if one of our seven meals could be pushed forward as they had to get to work. We were not phased for the other six meals that there would be a 30 minute wait. She then told us she canāt do anything at all to help us out with that one meal, plus she only gave us one bottle of water that filled only three of seven glasses and we never received any more. Hence you lost one payment for a meal because of this. Luckily we were served with another waitress who was absolutely lovely and polite to us. We received our food, however they forgot our only child meal so she was left waiting nearly an hour to eat whilst we all finished ours. Which normally a child meal would come out first. Our food was bare minimum for the price. The presentation was poor. I paid $11 for one tiny slice of bread and two eggs whilst paying $4 for less than a quarter of an avocado. This left us not satisfied and wanting more food. The presentation even for the egg and bacon roll was hard boiled eggs and cold with little relish on it. Overall I would definitely not come back to this cafe. From poor food and poor service I was very disappointed with the overall experience for the...

The barista was observed manually adjusting the weight of her shots by hand with a spoon instead of simply adjusting the grinder. Two staff members operating a three group machine taking 30 minutes is a FAIL for any good business owner.
When paying $75 for three meals and three coffee's, it's my reasonable expectation that take-away coffee is not prioritised over dine-in - this too is a massive FAIL.
The avocado toast missed the balsamic glaze and a second piece of sourdough, and the cook had unsuccessfully tried to hide the very over cooked bacon in a bacon and egg roll.
A request for butter at the counter was met with a surly response then slapped on the table a few moments later. Having read previous reviews for this business it's clear that the points I raise here have been mentioned before but clearly not acted upon. Perhaps a staff training session might help to calibrate expectations. I only hope the owners weren't working this day.
I'll be trying other businesses when...
