WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME!!! I have just came home from arguing with a taller lady like 40 minutes ago. I went there for a T/A food, being served by other lady and I asked for the price of the sweets. She said $3. So I asked for a larger serve which is $5. The taller lady then told her something in their own language (which is rude) and then she still put the sweets in the same tiny round container. I then asked the lady "I thought you would serve it in a larger container?" The taller lady explained to me if I want the larger container, it will cost $6. What is the point of arguing over $1?? So I said OK then I'll get the $6 ones. The taller lady added "But then we will only serve the sweets half of the larger container". HELLO???? Did I hear wrongly?? $3 and $5 in the same tiny round container, $6 in a larger container BUT ONLY HALF OF IT. (JOKE OF MY LIFE!!!) So I told the taller lady that the other man who has always been here gave a full large container of sweets with a separate large container of custard for me FOR 100 TIMES already and she said she has never seen that man before and she assumes that the man shouldn't be giving such an amount for customers. She then speaks to the other waitress IN THEIR OWN LANGUAGE AGAIN!!! I said forget the sweets, I will just do a T/A food. (As I am a vegetarian for 3 days, I shouldn't be upset for such a small matter) Then the lady who serves me asked me if I want the sweets in a larger container $6. When I was about to say OK, the taller lady jumped into our conversation and say "BUT IT WILL STILL BE HALF OF THE LARGER CONTAINER" What the....................... such a rude person I have ever seen!!!!!! I got mad straight away and said NO, I am gonna do this T/A food and that's it. We were silent for a bit because I do not want to talk anymore. After the payment was made, the taller lady NEVER APOLOGISE BUT ADDED A FEW WORDS THAT MAKES ME DECIDING TO PUT THIS REVIEW.

She said "LOOK, I HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR 4 YEARS NOW, AND I AM SURE THAT WE ARE SERVING A CONSISTENT AMOUNT OF FOOD TO CUSTOMERS" I then looked up to her, smiling and said "I think the guy who's working here has been working longer than you".

You have been working for 4 years and you didn't know this guy who has been serving for longer than you. The food here is really good but with your service (taller lady), this food doesn't taste good any longer. I have been always recommending my friends and family to eat here and always been served by the guy, and we were extremely satisfied with his service. I will tell my people not to go in if they see the taller lady at the food station, just because she is very rude, keeps on defending my words and last but not least,...

I always heard about it but finally it was yesterday made it there. Unbelievable that in May 2024 one could fetch a 🍽️ plateful food 🥘 that your would struggle to polish it off. I picked $14 plate that came with Lassi ( Indian 🇮🇳 Butter Milk drink ) 🥤 and Halwa as Desserts 🍮. The food is very clean.. has authentic taste to it. The person at the counter, such a sweet pleasant person who welcomed us. She was very humble that was so endearing.
