Hello everyone I know that some of you guys have issues with maccas at northbridge but I can tell u now that yes it's messy yes you may have some attitude yes some of the food may be burnt cold but if I'm being honest looking at everyone's hateful reviews is pretty bullshit it's not the employees job to pick up after you there are five bins around the place and two of them never have rubbish in them its absolute feral to see that all the adults and teens that come and go cant pick after themself ive seen several 5yr old put there trash away yet not even one adult can if all bins are full don't get mad just let an employee know 2nd I saw a comment about homeless people sleep and with all do respect employees can not do anything about it you will see that every other maccas will have someone sleeping there a few times or even seeing someone taking a nap while they charge there phones. 3rd if it's burnt or if there is something wrong with the food even if your missing something take it back and either ask for a the missing item, refund or to remake it and don't have a hissy fit, So take a good think about what you yourself can do better about helping out. Yes I'm an employee and yes I can see from all your perspectives I've dealt with it I've had my fare share of problems but you can't get mad at us just because other adults can't find a different bin that's not full and trash the place. If an employee has got attitude ask for someone else to serve you most of us are happy if there are employees that have attitude there probably not having the best day and you all know alot of us never have great days, everyone you all have jobs you understand that even yourself has had an attitude towards your bosses or your co-workers so maybe just think about what you can do to help out the community I believe we can all do better...

Firstly, While i was placing my order the lady who taking my order her voice was very low which I could not hear very well and when I arrived there i saw the microphone just very far from her mouth as she was taking another order too.
I also ordered small chips and I have confirmed to the lady three times as well as before I pay she repeated the order which was including the chips, but when I got my order there was NO chips, i went back to ask for the chips, the manager just came out and said you did not pay for the chips. How come I did not get the chips as I confirmed three times to the staff and the lady also repeated the order and SAID small chips. I didn’t care to pay again to get the chips but the manager reaction was very poor and bad(NOT Respectable). I felt like I was just lying to get a free chips which just cost some dollars. By the way the staff was wondering do you want a toy with happy meal(the toy comes complimentary with any happy meal). They might not see my child which was really obvious and close to the window.

Read moreOrdered via drive through, Classic Angus medium meal deal and a coffee, they ask me to park on the side then bring the coffee but no Coke that comes with the meal deal. I ask politely for the coke, they go and come back and said I didn't order the coke, I explain it comes with the meal deal, they said you didn't order a coke, so I explain again, it's part of the meal deal. They go away and a manager comes out and says I didn't order the coke, I again explain it comes with the deal. I said why would you put up on the screen when you order a meal deal, it says value deal then add the coffee which they charged me for, to try and say I didn't order a coke. After explaining it 5 times and 3 staff involved, gave me a headache trying to explain the components of the words Meal Deal and pointing to the ad showing the 3 items, Burger, Fries and Coke in the meal deal. Then when I ask for it they want to charge me $3.20 , thought that where they've made a mistake they could've just gave me the Coke and let me be on my way.
