Good, somewhat authentic Cantonese hot pot experience. Helps to have someone who can speak Mandarin or Cantonese with you.

Unfortunately my water cup wasn't cleaned properly but it's fine, it was a leaf of Coriander and not a big deal, but something to note for quality assurance/food safety.

Food was generally great. We got the chicken herbal broth which was great, the broth is refreshing and perfect for our choice of hot pot items. We started with the drunken chicken boiling in the broth to add the chicken flavour to the herbal soup base. Beautiful chicken, love drunken chicken! We ate A4 wagyu, shrimp paste, wombok, bamboo fungus and dumplings. We enjoyed the broth so much we also grabbed rice noodles to soak up the goodness.

An area of improvement here would be to keep an eye on the defrost process and how it impacts different hot pot items, ie as the dumplings defrosted, they stuck together a lot.

The initial cost of the hot pot @ $48 may seem like a very high price, but we were able to share between 3 people and be full after so the per person cost is actually very low. It looks deceiving at face value but once you see the portion you get, pricing makes sense.

Service was a bit lacking. Staff barely communicate with their guests, something that needs to be improved to create a better experience.

A staff member accidently pushed my girlfriend and hurt her and he didn't say sorry to her.

Overall a good experience but can be elevated with friendlier, more welcoming staff and more stringent standards around cleaning and food safety. Don't let that scare you off though, give...

This was our second visit to the restaurant, as we had a pleasant experience the first time and were looking forward to dining there again. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. We were served raw chicken wings, which was both shocking and unacceptable. Raw chicken is a serious health hazard that can cause severe illness. Naturally, we were very upset and raised our concerns with both the staff and the management. However, we were disappointed by their response—they offered only a 10% discount and did not acknowledge the seriousness of the issue, nor did they offer a proper apology.

I have always been a loyal customer of this amazing restaurant, solely because of their awesome hotpot (the hotpot soup-base is very nice) . But let me tell you, my love for this place grew even stronger today!

Tonight I decided to try their papaya dessert. But, unfortunately, they made a little mistake in the cooking process. Instead of serving me a subpar dessert, the incredible waiter and waitress went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They gave me a free papaya desert and it still taste so so good!

Now, that's what I call exceptional customer service and care. This restaurant has undoubtedly won my heart, and I will continue to cherish every dining...
