The cake (taro) was good but the service from one older lady was horrible. My friend and I went to pickup a cake for her birthday (so already paid for and everything) but when she said her name, the lady straight away just said no. I don’t know if it’s because of the language barrier (she seemed totally fine serving me though) or just downright racism but she seemed outright blunt with not wanting to serve my friend. The writing on her cake wasn’t done well so we went back to ask for cutlery (so we could scrape it off somewhere else) but the same lady using the same attitude just said no. Read moreI tried their lychee cake, while it tastes nice and delicious but the amount of lychee compared to the cake is ridiculous. While the lychees hold by cream are generous, the sponge cake is very minimal, so it broke down easy in just 10-15 minutes after I took it from the store. Arriving home, it already melted and was a bit dissapointing to be a birthday cake
but I appreciate they provide cake cutter, candle, and birthday message for free.
I hope they can fix and add more sponge cake in the future, so it won't melt easy and still look like a cake arriving home
