BONO Gelato,Crepes & Dessert Shop — Restaurant in Sydney

How had we not found this place sooner?! My friend and I were getting cranky walking around the city on a Sunday evening not able to find a good crepe but this place absolutely has it!!! Crispy, warm, rich- the perfect place for dessert for dinner. Jimmy took us through making a crepe from start to finish- get yours with strawberries they’re sooo good. My friend loooves biscoff but he warned her that going biscoff base with crumb and ice cream might be too rich- and offered vanilla gelato in place of homemade whipped cream when it wasn’t available.

He let us taste all the flavours in the gelato cabinet and even put our glasses in the fridge so they would be cold when the ice cream came out with our crepes. Iced chocolate is so chocolatey too. Sitting area is so adorable and quiet and smells like a fancy hotel. Do not miss!! We will be back so soon

Came here with my partner on a whim, looking for a sweet treat to end the weekend night. It'd be an understatement to say that we were blown off our feet. From the quality of the products and the taste, up to the staff and their lovely personality and welcoming attitude, Bono proved that they ARE leagues above the rest.

I'm in no way a man who enjoys sweets, but this was a first, both my partner and I were shocked by the fact that I had finished both the Gelato and Crepe I got (Biscoff Gelato and a Nuttella base crepe with their homemade Whipped Cream and a biscoff filling, my partner got their strawberry Gelato and Nutella base, with Whipped Cream and Strawberries.)

We'll be recommending and bringing our friends and family here. Fantastic eats and Great Company/Staff. If you're in the area, do yourself a flavour and give Bono a try, you won't be...

Very bad experience😡 My hub and I, for our last night in Sydney, wanted to have a crepe… one each of sweet and salty…. First of all, they only have one crepe maker…. So not served at the same time…. Until now, no worries… I’m a very understanding people…. As you may see my hub had already finished his crepe… while I’m still waiting for HOMEMADE 🙄whipping cream …. I went to ask.. and the owner just told me: “Listen”, with the finger on his ear, “do you hear”, we’re making it… I was like… “ok” but my crepe is getting cold… Instead to apologize, he just seems to be annoyed by me…. He suggested to refund my crepe… 17$ 😳which I didn’t decline…. I spare you the details…. All this to say don’t go waste your time and money there. The owner is rude The tables are disgusting,I cleaned it myself coz I always have disinfectant cleaning...
