Chambers Coffee — Restaurant in Sydney

I am a regular customer at Chamber, the coffee is very good and the atmosphere is also great. I bought my coffee here every morning. Except one day, I forgot my wallet so I decided to grab coffee at my office, and was looking for a straw so I went there and ask if I could have 1 straw, people who service there gave. The next day, I have made my own coffee and I need straw so I went and ask for one. One of the people there said I asked for the straw everyday and she said I should charge you 1$. I offered to pay for the straw and I said I only asked for your straw ytd and I can pay for this one. What I finds very amusing is the fact that she doesn’t remember that I purchased the coffee there everyday, but I only went there once for a free straw. She made it so loud and I was so embarrassed so I walked away. Worst coffee spot, don't get your coffee from here. I repeat, DO NOT GRAB COFFEE FROM HERE!!! I ordered a cappuccino with a spoon of sugar. First the coffee is bland, it is straight water, where is the coffee? Where is the milk? It gets worse, now can you tell me why I was charged 40 cents for sugar? I understand that inflation has taken a toll on everyone, but come on extra money for SUGAR, this is the only place that I know that charges for sugar!! Moreover, when asking for a fork to eat my to go meal that I ordered form CHAMBERS I was told "that will be an extra 30 cents", like are you kidding me? Why is cutlery not included in the meal price? This is bloody ridiculous. Chambers has to change there policy and there rude/blunt/no hospitality experience/no personality staff. Far out will definitely not be coming here again. Will definitely not recommend this cafe to any of my mates. Would give a minus 10 stars if I could. Outrightly...

One of the worker is so rude!

Everytime i go there to get my 'free students breakfast', she make me feel like I'm so annoying!

Today I'm a little bit unhappy, i said to her 'one Cookie and one muffin'. She heard 'one Cookie and one coffee latte'.

After that she give me one cookie and the number for the latte. And i said i want 'cookie and muffins'

She look very unhappy and said to me 'i said one cookie and latte and u say yes!'

And of course she take back the number for the letter and Change the muffins for me.

I don't know What can I do after that.......

She repeat order 'cookie and latte '
