Coconature — Restaurant in Sydney

I am a regular customer, and I must say I felt extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered only one drink but had to wait for 26 minutes. On previous visits, there were usually 3–4 staff members working, but on the Saturday I came, there were only 2.

I had already suggested to your staff before that, since your shop always has many customers, hiring additional staff would improve the service speed and also reduce the workload on your team. However, nothing seems to have been improved. Issues like this should be addressed through internal management, not left for customers to endure by waiting such a long time for a single drink. If the staff are not sufficient, it would be better to close temporarily rather than compromise the service.

I do understand that the staff are doing their best, and I truly appreciate them for still smiling and serving kindly even while facing a long line of customers. However, I strongly believe that the service speed must be improved. Customers expect prompt service, not prolonged waiting without any certainty of when their order...

I tried the Spirulina Natural Coconut Smoothie, and it was a delightful surprise! The medium size was perfect. The sweetness level was just right—not overly sweet, which allowed the natural coconut flavor to shine. I loved how the coconut taste was creamy but not overpowering, striking the perfect balance with the spirulina’s subtle earthy notes. What really stood out to me was the texture—it wasn’t just smooth but also had small chunks of real coconut. These chunks were tiny enough to easily sip through the straw yet big enough to chew. They added a slight crunch that was incredibly satisfying, creating a delightful contrast to the creamy smoothie.

The service was fantastic too. Even though there was a queue, it was well-organized, and my drink was prepared quickly. I didn’t have to wait long, which is always a big plus when you’re on the go. I heard a lot of good things about the drinks from Coco nature so I decided to try for myself. Firstly Coco nature doesn’t really cater for vegan customers. The only options are watermelon with coconut water and strawberry with coconut water juice with coconut flesh. I got the watermelon with coconut it did not taste nice one bit. I asked for no ice and didn’t see the fine print that the store charges $1.50 extra to add more coconut water lol the drink cost be over $9 for a small drink. What a waste. So people if you don’t want to be charged for no ice which is added so that they have to add less of the main ingredients and no real options for lactose intolerant and vegan customers then please don’t go to Coco nature. It’s a waste of money. Also the staff are so slow with making the drinks and don’t smile or seem friendly. Please smile...
