From the moment we walked in, the vibe at Eves Bar was warm, welcoming, and effortlessly cool. The ambience strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and refined — making it an ideal spot for a casual catch-up or a night out.

What truly set the night apart, though, was the bar staff. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. A special shoutout to Rahul, who absolutely stole the show with the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. You could taste the love and craft in every sip — smooth, perfectly balanced, with just the right kick. Rahul’s attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for mixology made it more than just a drink — it was an experience.

Not bad for a hotel bar. Decent beer and wine options, and the bar staff were friendly enough.

I had the beef cheeks, it was pretty good. The beef was super tender, probably could have used a touch more salt. The sauce was really tasty - oniony, peppery, umami, and a little bit sweet. The mash was creamy and smooth. The big chunk of unseasoned broccoli on the side was kind of hilarious, felt like a token attempt at adding some veggies to the dish. Could have used some salt or butter to add flavour.
