The security guards should be fired and get new team who know their job.If you are paying them to be rude and disrespectful then keep them. you are losing local business people within Parramatta because of your pathetic guards. I wish i could come and train your guards of customer care because i am coming 5 star customer service be it at the door or inside you still have to maintain customer care. Bar staff are polite and know their job but the rest of the team need proper training to retain customers and generate revenue. The drinks are at a reasonable price and music is average depending on the night you go some nights we dance to bands some night Dj, i normally just go with the flow however recent experience was not the best. I was there for a family birthday lunch and ordered the double Beef Burger. When it arrived, the chips were nice, hot and crispy. The burger left a lot to be desired and was terrible! There were gallons of sauce on the bottom bun half, between the two beef patties and then under the top of the bun. The amount of sauce made it very difficult to eat as no matter what I did (hand held and with cutlery) huge amounts of sauce would run out (not drip) and there was no way that the burger would stay together. The layers slid all over the place and off the plate continually. There was no way you could taste any of the other ingredients -- such as the beef patties because the only flavour dominating that whole thing was the sauce. The flavour of the sauce itself not nice. It had a powdery sort of feel in your mouth and in the end I did not eat any more, because it was frustrating trying to eat something that kept sliding away on the plate when you tried to cut it with the knife and fork. Absolutely disgraceful and difficult to even say it was a burger. I gave up trying to eat it and would never recommend this meal to anyone. Pricey and disgusting is the nicest I can say about it. Lift your game and don't drown the thing with the awful sauce. Sauce is a condiment NOT the main part...
