The taste of the sticky brown sugar tea is so good!!! But Poor and bad service, it’s been three times my boyfriend and I go for bubble Tea and always is the same... we went to today Saturday 26/09/2020 at 1:50 pm, to start the lady in the cashier never say good afternoon, hi or something ... her face and expressions are rude like she doesn’t want to help the customers, (whatever... all staff is having this bad expression on their faces, they look like saddened or unhappy idk). Second, when I always ask for less ice they put more ice than the usual ice they should put, seems like they don’t like when customers ask for a request or something different. Third, I’m a regular costumer of Gon cha, I consider they have good and tasty teas, for this reason in other branch they offered me to use a member card where I can charge every time I will buy tea and when I will get 10, I can get a free tea. However, today when I use my card the cup stamps number didn’t change... where it’s suppose to change every-time I buy . This time, the staff member got upset when I politely pointed out that my drink was wrong, I had asked for less sugar and no ice. Despite explaining it calmly, she insisted that's how she made it, even though it clearly had ice (you could hear and feel it) and no sugar, which made it taste bitter. She then rolled her eyes and raised her voice, asking what the issue was, even though I had already explained. Honestly, the staff could really use some proper customer service training.
