I recently visited Guzman Gomez and was blown away by the fantastic customer service and attention to detail provided by the staff, Rocco and Juan. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of excellent. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to answer any questions I had was impressive, and their friendly demeanor made me feel right at home.

The food was also outstanding - fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. I appreciated the attention to detail that went into every dish, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in their work.

I have never been able to order here without massive engagement. I learnt to check the screen as they don’t put the right order in despite saying exactly what is on the board. Either they don’t know their own menu or what is on the board somehow doesn’t translate to the computer. Every time I order corn chips it’s this massive discussion about fries versus corn chips, and the size when it has a price for small and large on the board. Why have sizes when you only want to give small. The singular time I got the large I ordered it was half full. What should be an easy gf option is bloody painful. And, when you ask what is on something it’s never what they tell you. Sitting here now with cheese and chicken when I expected tomato etc as per what the girl told me. It’s been a while since I’ve been to Guzman y Gomez and my recent visit suggests I shouldn’t leave it so long between visits in future. Alas my favourite protein, spicy steak, has been removed from the menu which put me off guard but quickly selected the beef mince nachos. I was impressed that you now have an option in meal size and the small was perfect. It’s good to see all the toppings are still there and I loaded up on Tabasco, coriander and onions. The nachos were delicious, the corn chips remained crispy under the generous topping. It’s nice to see the produce still being freshly made to order and free from many additives.
