A bewildering range of energy teas, smoothies, waffles, pancakes, and healthy bowls are offered here. Customer service is very good, the man working here during my visit was friendly and had excellent knowledge of his products.

I ordered a peanut butter smoothie and banana pancakes. The items are made fresh, so take a few minutes to prepare. The smoothie was, well, quite smooth and flavourful, and was supplied with a paper straw of a diameter that allowed for easy consumption. My fave spot for shakes and teas. The owners are really nice people and the vibe and atmosphere is always welcoming. I've been going to the store for a long while and its one of the very few places their menu does not make me feel un-well afterwards. While the prices are higher, its the quality I like and look into. I mean, if something works and you like it the price shouldn't matter. Stopped over for the first time before heading to the gym with the Hubs and was impressed! I didn't know we had this health store in Livo. We should have visited much earlier. I had the Lift off bomb pre-work out juice and they weren't lying - I was zooming in the gym! Hubs ordered the choconana smoothie and it tasted good too! Better than the other competitors...
