Moore Coffee — Restaurant in Sydney

I have bought many chicken salads from this cafe and have always been satisfied and happy with them but today I bought a couple of salads and when I brought them back to my work place I was very disappointed to see that the size of these salads has be halved but still paying full price of $17. This salad did not warrant that price not even really worth $10. There was literally five tiny pieces of chicken, probably about two cherry tomatoes cut in many pieces to seem plentiful. I confronted the owner who said they try to change things up and make it interesting but I said making them half their size is not changing up things its really ripping people off. He did offer to refund my money but that is not the point as they are selling these half sized salads for the full price which is unsatisfactory. Obviously they do not care too much about their clientele. Won't be ever...

Most reviews of this venue that I have read mention great customer service and great coffee. Well, surprise surprise, that's what I experienced during my visit here as well. What really DID surprise me was the extent of the seating area here. I was expecting one or two small tables and some chairs, but looking beyond the front counter revealed a sort of hidden garden, a generously sized and uncluttered dining area.

I selected a small flat-white coffee, a Ricotta and Veg Roll, and an Apricot Danish. All of these items were placed on my table after only a minute or so. The coffee was nice and hot, and tasted great. The Veg and Ricotta Roll was warmed up well, and tasted fresh with some pleasant flavours. The Apricot Danish was also fresh, with a light, fluffy texture. All this for $18.50, good value, given the quality of food and service. ...

As previously stated always like to support local business and was doing a job nearby thought I'd pop in for another coffee as my last visit here was good.

Only issue I have is $6 for a large coffee is a bit pricey Happy to pay the merchant fees for using my credit card it's tap n go not an issue however I'm unclear on the local coffee pricing but I would suggest five dollars to five 50 should be the vicinity of a large coffee..
