I've always wanted to buy a pork roll here so I finally did. Once the staff took my order I was a little concerned. The pate and butter were melted and it dripped onto the roll. Each ingredient was thrown into the roll without much care. The BBQ pork looked looked very watery. However, the price was reasonable at $10. Once I took a bite into the roll it was extremely sharp and crispy. The inside was like a coleslaw because of the excess liquids, it tasted bland. After half way through eating the roll, the bottom of the bag started leaking all over the ground. I really pushed myself to finish the entire roll. Ordered a barbecue pork banh mi, takeaway.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, but getting your food is slow. Understand the place just opened and hopefully they get into the flow of things.

The actual banh mi was disappointing however. Veggies don't taste like they've been pickled. Lack of seasoning and not sure if there's any pate as couldn't taste any. The meat though... it was impressively bland. No flavour or seasoning at all. Bread was good, crispy on the outside without being super crummy.

Hoping it's just teething issues and...

This is an unpretentious, inexpensive local gem serving pho with a really clean, tasty broth. Came as a family and all had pho so can't comment on anything else on the menu. It looks like it's a small family business with the matriarch working the kitchen. The service is friendly and they are eager to please. We will be going back - it's so important to support these small eateries if you want them to stick around. The 5 star reviews from Vietnamese names is a pretty good sign of...
