Subway — Restaurant in Sydney

If I could give minus stars for the service I received tonight I would give minus to all aspects. How hard is it to smile and greet your paying customers? I ordered a classic chicken foot long with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.. the way she slapped the cheese on my sandwich I felt violated and extremely sad. Instead of listening to the paying customer she was talking on her earpiece in her language and I felt discriminated. We live in Australia, speak English. If you hate your job so much why don’t you stay home. You’re getting paid to be a miserable old bat who makes sandwiches. I wish I could say something about my experience tonight and every other night but I can’t find the words. I’ll never be ordering a sandwich again from this lady. I can’t believe the audacity she had to slap around my food like that with such force and anger. All I asked for was some old English on my footlong and I got a bruised beaten up...

If I could rate this store higher, believe me in saying I would. The food is very fresh unlike other stores I've visited and tastes amazing. But let's be real, with good food comes great customer service. And trust me, this store does not let you down whatsoever.

I come here on my lunch break at work every single time and not once have I ever left unsatisfied. The boss is very friendly, treats you just like family and that reflects on his employees too. What I saw as a big plus is he spoke parts of Arabic to me and never fails to wish me an amazing day. Which in my opinion, completes the whole experience of ordering food.

Where's the meat? Expensive foot long pulled pork sub - minus the meat - so sad after I then had walked 20 mins back to my office and it was not what I ordered. Also I asked for a six inch but was given the foot long - didn't bother complaining as was hungry. Oh oh, and the salad I asked for was lettuce, capsicum and olives... umm hello tomato and no olives :( Obviously the girls serving don't 1. listen to the customer and 2. don't pay attention to what they are doing - surely they could see there was no meat in it. I didn't notice as I expected it to be in there. At least the cookies...
