Despite multiple visits and requests not to add any spicy sauce to my order, they continue to do so. I specifically asked for BBQ sauce only, but my food still came out spicy. When I asked for an explanation, they told me they add another sauce in addition to the BBQ. While it may be a good and affordable option for those who enjoy spicy food, they should respect their customers' instructions. I lost money because of their mistake and couldn't tolerate the unrequested spicy sauce. They didn't even offer a replacement meal without the chili. I'm very frustrated with their service. Now after around 4 months from my reply, the owner tried to be smart to reply and blame me while he is not remembering the incident. Dear owner, you and your staff at that time were non professional. Do not put the mistake on my side. I clearly asked them I do not want any spicy food and my child cannot tolerate any spicy ingredient. But your team do not listen and you look like them trying to fake what happened while you were not present in the shop at that time. Be professional, admit your mistake and correct it. I came to this place with a friend just around a hour ago, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Right from the start, the hygiene standards were clearly lacking—the floors and tables were visibly dirty, with leftover plates still on many tables.

When I went to order, the staff member got my order wrong multiple times, and then tried to charge me an extra $10 for chips I didn’t even ask for. The seating was also an issue—many of the chairs were unstable, making it uncomfortable to sit and eat.

The worst part was when I finally got my food. I was really hungry and looking forward to my burger, only to open it and find a long hair inside. That was completely unacceptable and ruined the entire meal.

Overall, the combination of poor hygiene, bad service, and a lack of basic cleanliness made this a really disappointing experience. Definitely...

Saw this place was highly rated, and boy, it definitely lives up to the hype!

Ordered the classic chicken burger with hot sauce ($10) and I genuinely had to sit back in awe after my first bite.

The bun is incredibly soft and buttery, and the fillings were very generous. It's a good sized burger. Chicken was cooked well, even had the char grilled marks on it, which added a bit more depth to the flavour. Hot sauce added nice kick to it, too, but might get even spicier next time.

Service did not take long, and it was very easy to order. Menu is visible from the entry and counter.

Impressive burger for the price, highly recommend to take the 1 minute walk from the food court in Westfield to drop by here instead. Can't believe it took me this long to visit, will be coming again soon to try more...
