Café Pizza — Restaurant in Hallstatt

Horrible trait to the client, please do not go here. The lady Tanja is the rudest waiter on earth. She charged 10% of tip without asking the client first and once you asked the reason of the 10% extra, she made up the excuse that in Austria it is common to tip 10% of the service, which is a complete lie. She left the table in very bad and unprofessional manners and even grabbed the client and pushed him out of the restaurant after the client insulted her with a lot of reason because she was completely rude and unprofessional the whole time. Apart from that the food is horrible and frozen, you can even look at the frozen food stored downstairs when you go to the bathroom. Well, highlight of the visit was goulash soup, but this is where it all ended.

Service was really slow, poor lady haven’t got any help from her colleague.

Unfortunately, during our visit, there was a group of guests, that were either friends or known people to the restaurant staff. They weere extremelly drunk or under whatever influence and were bothering everybody around to the extend, where they joined another couple, that was obviously uncomfortable.

We have complained to the stuff and nothing was done about this.

This whole situation ruined the experience and I believe is a huuuuuge minus and not in favor of the restaurants offering, that would otherwise would be...

The pizzas are indeed frozen and tasteless. They do look good but the taste is just not there. Also who in their right mind would pay that much for a frozen pizza? The goulash was good, I have to say. I felt like I was walking on eggshells while talking to the waiter, he was rude at times but it was just him and another girl working in the whole restaurant so I thought it might be a bit stressful but still, he should try to be a little more polite.
