The worst experience ive ever had in IBK.

The best thing about this place is the location. Incompetent, extremely rude, angry and Offensive Manager (manuel i believe is his name). For almost 5€-- a beer, you would expect a more profesional service. We also waited for over 15m for our Drinks, twice. Not to mention the extremely uncomfortable and foul smell that comes from the kitchen, It does not inspire one to eat there. The least enjoyable experience ive had in innsbruck the Last 12 years. Subpar experience and will not be returning.

I also expect a personal apology from the Manager for calling me very rude and Offensive words for absolutly no reason. I have witnesses that will verify this.

Would not recommend. Absolutly shocked.

Very nice position to enjoy the sun on the large terrace, very friendly staff. I ordered hot chocolate, which here in Austria they make with hot water so it's thin and cools down quickly, and whipped cream!? do not order with whipped cream because it is anything but whipped cream (some white foam that disappears after 5 minutes) definitely €5.50 for hot chocolate €3 and something for whipped cream!?! a bit too much... but hey, probably a hot aperol is much...

Just a regular expensive bar without any extras. You can buy your regular beer/wine. You can order your regular strudel and a salat and all for an expensive price. To be employed here you must have an angry face as I never saw a smile on their faces. People behind the bar are more busy with blond girls at the bar than helping customers. Shame as they are located on a great spot and don't do anything with this place but making it just a regular...
