Great little hole in the wall restaurant. It's actually more of a wine bar with a great selection of wines and great prices. We had a 2017 Austrian Pinot noir with our food and I was surprised at the quality for only 6.50 euros a glass.
The menu is limited with only three choices: an antipasti, a pasta dish, and a dessert. Be warned that this is slow food: we finished our sizable antipasti and a glass of wine and still waited a while before the pasta came out. Sit back, sip your wine, and enjoy the vibe.
The owner does speak English, at least enough to assist us clueless Americans. We had no issues ordering, despite us knowing only a handful of German phrases.

Without a doubt this was the best meal we’ve had in Austria! The wine was phenomenal, expertly paired (a joy to sample wine from across Austria) the food was the best thing we’ve ever eaten.
