The restaurant has a nice ambiente and looks cool. We were there spontaneously. The burgers were good but I have to substract three stars based on the following things: 1st star minus: my burger was very rare inside. I returned it and asked for one which was more cooked and just be pink in the middle. They brought me a new one which was exactly the same and I returned it again claiming the same thing. The third try was good. 2nd star minus: exactly the same happened to my girlfriend. 3rd star minus: even though this was a problem which in my opinion would require immediate attendance, staff was relaxed and from the delivery of the first to the final burger took about 40min. For a burger. In my opinion not acceptable. My recommendation is, that people are asked before they order, how they want their burger and that the cooks know how to prepare medium rare, medium and well done!! I expect that with burger prices around 8-10 euros. I also wrote a feedback card and hope, it‘s recognized and appreciated. Thanks.
