I went today in this store, initially I didn't see the do not take photo & film sign, I only took 1 video and a picture, after seeing the sign I didn't film or take any picture and I was holding my phone in my hand only. The sales person asked me to see my phone and to delete everything, after seeing the approach I said that I would delete them. I showed them and she still insisted to see my other pictures, when it was clearly that those pictures where taken in Salzburg center...very intrusive. You are doing anti marketing for your business. As you can see, there are plenty of comments with pictures attached that you do not have a problem with...attacking tourists is bad for business. I was holding my phone in my hand while I was exploring the store but I was clearly not using it. The staff member accused me of taking photos and videos which I calmly said I was not and continued to browse. Two mimutes later she followed my through the store to tell me to stop videoing. I can provide evidence that I never took a single bit of media during the store. I understand the reasoning for no photos and videos to protect and support the art and the artists and was happy to follow the rules. However, to be accused of something you're not doing repeatedly is extremely rude and not how a customer should be treated. I felt uncomfortable and I won't be returning to this...
