Ping Pong Poke — Restaurant in Salzburg

We came up on this place and stopped in because we love poke. Well, this was one of the best poke bowls we have had, and they let you pile so many ingredients on the make your own bowl that we were able to split it between two people. The tuna bowl was delicious, and the outside patio is so pleasant, on a tree-lined side street. You order at the counter and take it to eat inside or outside. There was a young guy that was so sweet and helpful to us - Americans who weren't sure what the process was for making the bowl. He is a real asset to the restaurant. We went in with a group of almost 40 people and although we warned them we would come, there was a miscommunication and they didn't expect us (not meant with bad intention). Even though, they made the food extremely quickly, the food was absoloutely excellent and the service was top-notch. The staff were very friendly and very quick with the service which made the experience so so good and pleasant. Lovely service and staff but the taste of the vegetarian poke bowl (we had one with cauliflower cous cous and quinoa) wasn't for us. Super colourful but didn't hit the spot unfortunately- I think the flavour of the original bowls specifically for vegetarians might need some rethinking as we really didn't like the rhubarb dressing, or the charcoal- and had to change it- and I don't think our choices of teriyaki went with what was in the bowl either!
