Café Altstadt — Restaurant in Salzburg

We have ordered to a male waiter a coffee and a tea and waited for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes another female waitress came and ask for our order and we have said that we already ordered. After 5 minutes the same female waitress came and told us to leave because the table is reserved for hotel customers. We again have said that “ You want us to leave even though your colleague take our order?” She didn’t respond and went inside. After 1 minute another young female waitress came and apologised that they have forgot our order and asked for our order again. We left the cafe after that. I don’t recommend anybody this cafe with this...

The food and drink here are fantastic but the one thing that made it bad is because of Frau Renner. I was expecting the place to be more elegant and not loud but Frau Renner was just extremely loud and shouting everyone's order to the entire place (not to mention to disrepect the privacy of everyone's order). The entire place turned out to be like a fast food chain like McDonalds where the order takers are very loud. She totally ruined the ambiance...

I'm a guest in the hotel so this was an incredibly easy choice, logistically. My server was very responsive - there's a 'leave the guest to enjoy a 3-hour meal" mentality throughout Europe that can be challenging for Americans, but my server paid attention so was responsive to my timing.
