7 or 8 years ago, on the weekend I have spontaneously spot their bread at the street market in Wien, that was the best bread in EU then and their stance for baking bread as local bakery was beautiful. Since then I have not been to Wien, but I was so surprised at that they opened a few own bakery shops in Wien. I was worried about that if their vision had changed badly and became kind of bakery business “company”, but they didn’t. They upgrade their great vision and enhanced team as local food cultivators. Their sense of taste and design was more sophisticated and their beautiful mind to support local farm and agricultural market is getting stronger. They are super team. We can learn a lot from them such as true sincerity and love for employee and business partners like family, not just only as win-win relationships. They must be role model of new age company’s business, beyond former capitalism like investment, efficiency, prioritize return, globalize and so on. They of course have capabilities to expand their business area to global, but may be they don’t want to do so.

I’m looking forward to that they are staying have their core spirit and upgrade...

My wife and I experienced very poor service by a server this morning on our second trip to your bakery. We went to the bakery yesterday and had a lovely meal and my wife paid the bill with her US credit card. Today upon attempting to pay, the card did not work. Nor did my own card, or several other cards we tried. These were cards that worked at different locations, including a day pass (during our meal) through wien metro, a competitor (coffee and friends) hours later, and last night during dinner. We tried several cards. I asked the waitress if it's possible that her machine is not working. She said it was impossible. I asked if I could use a different reader, she said no. Instead, I had to head to the local nearby bank to get money to pay cash.

During that time, the server stood next to my wife as if she were detained. Once I headed back with cash and paid, we asked for some money back in 50 cent increments ($1 overall, so two coins). Apparently that also was impossible from the same server. This is very poor customer service and we are disappointed in the rigidity of your server. We are not criminals. Please work on your...

So let's take the positives: Service was good like most of the places in Vienna. The coffee was one of the best I had but it wasn't hot. It came warm, don't know if that's they way they do it. They charge extra for a tiny amount of milk... But ok that's Vienna what to do. About the "Pistachio" Croissant.... If you want to get diabetic go and try their croissants. It was like the put a kilo of sugar in that thing. It was Sooo sweet you couldn't taste anything else.

The women's toilet was out of order... Soap dispenser was empty and I mentioned it, and they just said that is broken. And I asked them how I will wash my hands then? They didn't even bother to put something temporary there for people to wash their hands. So all people that used the toilet that day didn't wash their hands. Eventually they brought me a cup of a foam to wash my hands. That was so strange.

Edit after the answer: I am even more disappointed from your reply.. So definitely not coming back.. Copy...

Cozy High-Quality Bakery Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting Öfferl Bakery and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The bakery has a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The high-quality baked goods are simply mouth-watering and everything is kept impeccably clean. Located in a convenient spot, the bakery is easily accessible to customers. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or concerns. I tried the Lemon tart and while it was good, I found it to be a bit too sweet for my taste. However, the Kiperl was absolutely delicious. The flavors were well-balanced and the texture was perfect. I would highly recommend giving it a try. Overall, I would definitely recommend Öfferl Bakery to anyone looking for a cozy and high-quality bakery with friendly staff and tasty treats. It's a great spot to grab a quick bite or to sit down and enjoy a relaxing afternoon.
