Avoid this place! Multiple reviews concur, staff is very rude. I can vouch for this, the service staff was horrible.

I ordered an iced coffee, what came was ice cream, syrup, coffee, all blended together with Ice then topped off with whipped cream with chocolate. I only wanted coffee with ice, not an affogato shake.

I refused this concoction and things escalated quickly with the waiter. He repeatedly argued that this was iced coffee not affogato because the shake had ice added to it where affogato doesn't.

The waiter became even more angry when we refused to pay for something we didn't order, never took possession of and frankly looked pretty gross.

After scrolling through several reviews, it seems like this place has a real problem with their service staff and management. There's so many complaints about rude and terrible staff....
