I decided to try this cafe with my wife for our first Viennese cafe experience. I picked it based on the reviews, but did not have the same experience that most people here seemed to have.

We were a bit late for breakfast. My wife had fruit salad and what we though would be fresh raspberry lemonade. I ordered the beef goulash and a coffee. The coffee was ok, but the food was definitely not worth it.

My wife's fruit salad only had apple, pear and a few grapes drenched in orange juice topped with a red hair (were both Asians with black hair). The entire thing tasted like orange juice. It was a shame that my intro to Austrian food was this beef goulash. I know that there are better specialized restaurants for this type of food, but based on some of the reviews I thought the food would be good. The beef was tender, but the sauce was nothing to rave about....tasted a bit like what I would expect out of a Dinty Moore can....

Lastly, I was really confused when it came time to pay where the waiter made it a point that tip was not included and was clearly expecting tip....I'm not used to waiters being so upfront about tip....particularly since I had read that the custom was to not tip or maybe round up your bill....it was not the best way to end the experience....needless to say, we wanted to get out of there and not relax to and...

Awesome brunch experience. We booked a table on bank holiday and the place was as crowded as one can expect. However, we were quickly lead to our table and promptly offered the menu.

There is an extensive range of options, many of the usual brunch offerings and some more original. We tried their dirty chai, one home made lemonade and one latte (the use locally sourced coffee from Alt Wien) for drinks. As for food we tried their pulled pork toast, avocado with salmon and the ramasauri sandwich.

Everything came within minutes and looked imponent. The portions were vast as well. Taste wise, not deception at all: the flavours keep up with the look. The only downside was the excessive saltiness of the pulled pork, which was otherwise pretty good. For me, the highlight were the scrambled eggs in the ramasauri, which tasted distinct and addicting.

We ended up with a 20€ per person ratio, which seemed right considering the quantity and quality of the food. Friendly reminder to bring cash since cards were...

We visited on the morning of December 6th and had such a wonderful experience, largely thanks to our waitress. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and proactive, ensuring we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. Her attentive service truly stood out and added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.

The food was equally impressive. The pancakes were a highlight—fluffy, perfectly cooked, and surprisingly light on the stomach, making them an ideal breakfast treat. I also had the Ramasuri sandwich, substituting avocado for bacon, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh and well-balanced, creating a dish that felt both hearty and healthy.

This is a spot I would happily revisit for its combination of excellent service and delicious food. Highly recommended for a memorable...

Absolutely the best breakfast experience I've had in Vienna - and it's not close. Great location, next to the hustling and bustling Naschmarkt, with street tables far enough from traffic on a sidewalk that's not so busy. The Ramasuri sandwich is definitely the show stopper of the menu (with me being utterly dumbfounded to find out the name's origin is Romanian), with its fluffy scramble and caramelized bacon. I can't remember what else I wanted and was not available, but the staff kindly suggested their French toast - and man, was I glad I went that way. In cre di ble. Juicy, sweet and a perfect blend of textures. Other things were had, some cheese and a delightful peanut butter banana porridge, but those two were the highlight for me. Will definitely return & recommend - new favourite unlocked!

We ordered a place for Saturday morning (a day in advance, so we had only the 9:00AM option) this place is right by the market. They have a big menu with lots of options, very mesmerizing :) all breakfast and brunch options, and with creative thinking. We got the blueberry pancakes (10.50 euro), it was good but the pancakes were dry, but maybe they don't do fluff pancakes 🤔 they are not too sweet, so that is nice. We had the burrata cheese on toast, which had a really good taste for it (I think it is bout 10-12 euro. What was nice is that the service you tap water and you don't need to ask for it :). Service was good. On weekends you have to pay cash only, and they have sent us an email before hand, that is totally a professional move.
