Heindl's Schmarren & Palatschinkenkuchl — Restaurant in Vienna

I was extremely disappointed with the staff because they are very grumpy. A female server came to me, I ordered 1 schnitzel, then asked question about soup, I didnt finish order but she left me. After that a male server came to me to take my order, I ordered 3 dishes. I told him that the woman staff left me. He said that she left because I only ordered schnitzel. I told him, I didnt finish ordering with her, I wanted several dishes not only schnitzel!! He said that I asked too many questions that's why she left. But I asked only 3 questions about soup. I want to know Vienesse foods, before coming here I googled the menu and dishes, but I didnt get satifying info, that's why I asked the staff. Did I do wrong??

For the owner and staffs, if you dont like tourists asking details about Viennese foods, dont open restaurant in tourist place! If ordering only 1 schnitzel is not acceptable for your restaurant, then you should tell customer about minimum order!!

I never had this bad experience when 9 years living in EU with my Polish husband. Other restaurants in Europe have good staffs except this restaurant! I came here with my mom who flew 23 hours from home country and I wanted to show her Viennese foods, but I really disappointed with the staffs behavior.

I would like to make a complaint regarding one of your staff members whom me and my friend were treated so poorly. Me and my friend ate at the restaurant this afternoon great experience, we decided to come back for dessert in the evening. Only to be treated with no respect. Rudeness, slamming the cutleries in front of us, took our orders rudely, we waited 1 hour for our order but never arrived we got there at 20.45, ordered by 9pm and we know kitchen closed at 10, we were then followed by multiple guest afterwards who managed to get their food before us, and as far as we were aware they were the same food we ordered.Your staff member spoke to everyone else with great manners, however did not even speak to us. He made side comments, looked at us with disgust and I have never been treated so badly by anyone. This is not acceptable. We never got the food, me and my friend felt we were being treated differently because we were tourists or because of our race. He was a staff member who wore a blue shirt and male. I would like to also let you know I will be making a review. This is unacceptable and I will not put up with such disrespect.
