I'd like to share an honest review of Ziizuu. I learned about this place due to frequent ads online. Upon entering, a hostess greeted us and assisted with seating. The atmosphere was very nice and interesting, with lots of greenery and a pleasant vibe inside. We were seated at a table, immediately offered water, and the menu was already on the table. I immediately noticed that at the neighboring table, a woman was finishing her cup of coffee, and the waiter asked her to leave because the table was reserved. I found it strange that they simply kicked the guest out, and after that, the table remained empty for another hour and a half! We ordered drinks and food for our table, repeating our order several times. Our drinks arrived, which were quite good, but then the food came, and we realized it wasn’t what we had ordered. We waited a long time for the waiter to address the issue, and when he finally came, he was aggressive! He tried to convince us that it was indeed our order, but after a long discussion, he took the plates away WITHOUT APOLOGIZING, simply carrying them back. We spent some time chatting, during which the waiters kept approaching and annoyingly taking away dirty plates, interrupting our conversation and making it clear that they wanted us to leave as soon as possible! I forgot to mention that it was "Iqos friendly" and many guests were smoking indoors, but when we asked if it was allowed, the waiter categorically refused us.
The food was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The most interesting part was when the bill came. Since we had separate checks, the waiter calculated each one individually. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE CHECKS!!! The waiters are dishonest and deliberately add extra items to the bill. In my case, I explained what we had ordered and paid for. After that, the amount was higher than expected, so I politely asked him to recalculate everything and show me. He reacted VERY AGGRESSIVELY and removed the extra items I had noticed on the bill. Wardrobe Policy & Dress Code
Upon arrival, I was required to hand in my jacket to the wardrobe, despite the restaurant explicitly stating that they do not take liability for it. Given that it was an expensive jacket, I felt uncomfortable with this policy. When I asked to keep it at my table, they refused, citing their “smart casual” dress code—which I found ironic, considering many guests were dressed quite casually, some even looking as if they had just come from soccer practice, with shirts unbuttoned and an overall sloppy appearance.
Service Issues
The service was disappointing. Our waitress embodied the classic “Wiener Grant” (Viennese grumpiness), showing little friendliness throughout the evening. To make matters worse, they mixed up our order with another table. Instead of preparing fresh dishes, they simply swapped the plates back, which is unacceptable for a supposedly high-end restaurant.
Food Quality
The food itself was underwhelming—a 3.5/10 in my opinion. Given the restaurant’s reputation and pricing, I expected much better. The flavors were forgettable, and the overall quality did not justify the cost.

I had made a reservation for 8:30 PM on this date to celebrate her birthday, booking it as early as November 17. I even confirmed the reservation beforehand to ensure everything was in order.
We traveled a long way for this occasion (from Bratislava and Leoben) and arrived promptly at 8:30 PM. However, upon arrival, we were met with an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude from your security team. Despite showing my reservation and providing my name, they insisted we wait outside in cold and rainy weather while they “checked” the booking.
After waiting for 20 minutes in these conditions, I was informed that there had been a “mistake” and we could not be let in. No clear explanation was provided. Adding to our frustration, we observed another group being allowed inside without any questioning, further underscoring the lack of fairness and professionalism in handling the situation.
When I persisted, a staff member at the reservation desk eventually confirmed that our reservation was valid. However, by that point, the experience had already been ruined. I had hoped for a memorable and enjoyable evening to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, but instead, we were subjected to stress, discomfort, and humiliation.
