Bomond - Restaurant & Lounge — Restaurant in Baku City

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bomond - Restaurant & Lounge Baki and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The ambiance of the restaurant is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful decor and cozy atmosphere that's perfect for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner.

And the food! Oh my goodness, the food was amazing. Every dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. I especially loved the lamb kebabs and the chicken shashlik, but honestly everything we tried was delicious. And the presentation of the food was beautiful as well, like works of art on the plate.

To top it all off, the service was outstanding. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable, and made great recommendations throughout the meal. All in all, I had a wonderful experience at Bomond and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food, beautiful ambiance, and top-notch service. I can't...

I don’t recommend this cafe. I highly don’t recommend. Absolutely unpleasant experience. Manager ( 24.06.2024) in black shirt feeling himself absolutely comfortable and doesn’t know anything about hospitality. We are shocked from this approach he must work in another industry but not restaurant. He told us to leave us our drinks and we told him ok we go to restroom and we come back. We sit at the table and he said no service for you!!! I said ok if drink in plastic cup is a big problem please take it and we will order new drinks and food. He said no! I told you one time and you have to leave 😁 can you imagine?? I tried to fix myself the situation I told him we are still your clients please take away our drinks so we will solve the problem but he said no! 😁😁😁😁 absolutely an adequate approach 👌 he drives with something personal and has no knowledge about hospitality. They post one business lunch menu in instagram but when you go to lunch the menu is different. You pick some meal from menu, they get you another meal. You tell them, they return wrong meal and now you have to wait for another 20 mins. Once they served meal with half-row meat, I mean they just didn’t cook it enough. Overall the food is not so tasty, it’s just okay and they try to make it better by adding a lot of salt so prepare yourself to drink at least 1L of water after having lunch at their place. The level of the cleanliness is acceptable, although most of the time you can encounter 1 or 2 flies but that’s not so terrible. Don’t know maybe that’s becaue their lunch is ~1-3$ cheaper than in other places. The only thing I like about this place is relaxing music. That’s the reason why I leave 3 stars not less.
