Prices not clearly marked on their posted menu. They don’t indicate on the menu when they run out of items. The person taking the order didn’t even know their own menu. I tried ordering the island style grilled conch, available Fridays and Saturdays only per their menu. It was a Saturday, but she didn’t recognize the item being ordered and didn’t ask me to clarify what I was trying to order. I didn’t realize I hadn’t paid for it because the prices posted weren’t clear. In fact she just skipped over the item she didn’t recognize. We only realized once the rest of the food was ready after 10 minutes or so. I tried ordering it again - reluctantly - not wanting to wait while my girlfriend waited with her food. There was lots of confusion again, she literally said to the cook “I didn’t know we made that” and after a few minutes the cook established they didn’t have it available, so I went to another vendor in the food truck village, being quite frustrated with them. I ate at one restaurant that had good reviews, but I won't mention any name and I ordered Conch Fritters and was disappointed. I am not a big eater but when I want something, that's what I want! And I want it to taste like others have described it..Welllll, we walked over to the Straw Market area and they had Conch Fritters at the food truck the size that I can enjoy..My husband knew the moment I took that 1st bite and started rocking like a little kid enjoying their favorite foods, that's how I was...That 1st bite gave the same feeling as that 1st sip of morning coffee..WHEN I come back to Atlantis I hope to eat here again or wherever you are posted up..I give them 10/10 in...
Read moreThe cracked conch was disappointing. I was craving cracked conch and this was our first meal on the island. The batter was good but the conch was a little fishy and it didn’t have enough flavor. It was $17 with fries. It’s big enough to share but I don’t recommend coming here. The conch was flavorless and didn’t taste fresh. They didn’t have any conch fritters.
It’s a food truck with outdoor seating. There were 3 other food trucks in the area. One was the Jerk Pit, which also got...
