Woodes Rogers Tavern — Restaurant in New Providence

This place does not disappoint! Unfortunately, on this side of the island, options for diner are limited if you're staying at an hotel, as most places close between 4pm and 6pm when the cruise ships leave. The menu is quite small, but the food was delicious. The waiter (David) took great care of us and the place has a nice upscale vibe. Highly recommend. Oh, and don't forget to order the brookie...

The customer service is terrible. I arrived at the restaurant and stood at the entrance for 10 minutes waiting for a table. The waiters stared at me and ignored me. Until the lady at the counter told me, "You can sit wherever you want." I sat down, and for half an hour, no waiter came over to take my order. I'm still here waiting... This place was a huge disappointment, it took us and hour and half to get food. And after that my 50 dollar snapper came out completely dry , guess they put it under a heat lamp and forgot. Don’t come here . There is a reason this place has a 3.3 rating .

Oh and to add insult to injury, the key lime pie came out frozen
