I've been to Herfy Banani a few times, and each time I've been disappointed. The food is mediocre at best, and the service is slow and indifferent.

Very healthy food and most times the manager greets you and gives you smile to make you feel more comfortable and provide decent service. The price is reasonable and the food quality is the main factor why it is good. I personally dont like the taste but there are no other fast food restaurant that provides more healthy and safe food. I found the quality of the food very poor for the price. I am guarding my comments and it is natural that many may not agree with me. Although I have not traveled to any Arab country, I believe they do not use extra spices or raw onions, garlic in their food. They makes pickles of onion, garlic, cucumber etc. which I did not get in this restaurant I find raw onion in their foods.
