TRIBE Rooftop Lounge — Restaurant in Dhaka Metropolitan

I’ve visited this restaurant twice. The food was good, and the rooftop with the swimming pool offers an excellent atmosphere. But the price and additional charges are bit higher than the food quantity and taste. However, the service didn’t meet my expectations. During my first visit, we asked to have our food served on the rooftop after placing the order downstairs. While one staff member agreed, the manager refused in a rude tone, saying they couldn’t serve it upstairs because the order was placed below. On my second visit, the service was again disappointing. The place is nice. Food is below average and presentation is not good. Drinks they served in a plastic glass, looked horrible. When we asked for ice, they only provided bunch of in a plastic bowl. Waiters are not well trained. They do not understand the order and need to repeat and confirm again and again. Most of the drinks are not available. The price is way too much high. A beautiful rooftop restaurant at Banani Road no 11. It is located at a suitable place near Airport Road and Banani Kamal Ataturk Avenue. The food they served was delicious, the service was satisfactory.
